Return & Refund Policy — Segurmex

At Segurmex, we are committed to quality and customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer exchange or return options under the following conditions:


Return Period

You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.


Product Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must:

  • Be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation.

  • Show no signs of wear, dirt, or alterations.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error by Segurmex (wrong model, size, or product).


Exchanges

If you need to exchange your item for a different size or model:

  • The customer is responsible for the return and reshipping costs.

  • If the exchange is due to a Segurmex error, all shipping costs will be covered by us.


Exceptions

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Discounted or clearance items.

  • Customized or made-to-order products.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email contact@segurmex.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We will send you detailed instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Once we receive the item, we will notify you about the status of your request.
